PEIBG Planning for Tomorrow Since 1974

For 50 years PEIBG has been a multi-faceted, award winning land planning, landscape, and golf architectural firm based in Austin, Texas. Since its conception in 1974, PEIBG has established itself as team players, specializing in environmentally conscious resort and master planned communities. PEIBG has master planned nearly 4,000,000 acres of projects across the country.

Upon careful analysis of the land, its natural features, and the desires of concept programming, Planned Environments prepares conceptual land plans for initial review, transportation and land use studies, as well as preliminary planning in order to create a cohesive master planned community.

In conjunction with Bechtol Golf Design we provide planning and golf course architectural services across the country. Our unique approach allow us to seamlessly blend the interaction between golf and the residential and resort components respecting the ambiance of the golf experience while maximizing real estate value.

Award winning projects encompass theming, branding, entry design, amenity centers, park planning, trail network plans, and imagery story boards both residential and commercial in nature.

As an adjunct to many PEIBG communities we provide site planning services on commercial, multi-family, mixed-use partials, town centers, retail & residential, cottages, and resort components for specialty sites.
