The Discovery of Great Golf and Maximum Land Value Through Golf Community Design
Roy Bechtol has the vision of a sculptor. He can look at an aerial map, walk the raw land and draw an entire golf community on his favorite media… apack of paper napkins. Bechtol works from a blank slate, and an intial walkthrough on the raw land will produce uncommon and stunningly complete ideas.
PEIBG prides itself with having extreme knowledge and comfort in working in areas with critical environmental features and is well lnown for environmental sensitivity. Bechtol’s involvement with golf course design began at the Austin Country Club with Pete Dye in the late 1970s.
